Easy trekking route, fit for families. The goal is to walk from Taús village to Comafreda, where we can find a very cool fountain and a picnic area where we can have lunch or take an afternoon snack.The way is pointed out with yellow marks.
To start the route we head to the lowest part of Taús where we go through the trail that goes to the castle, we keep going down by the wide path with small wall at each sides, south direction until we find the small river “major” that can be crossed without problems, we take the right path (south-west) that has slight inclines to overtake to small valleys until it connects with a trail that goes from Taús to the refuge of Cuberes. Once here we follow the path to the left (east) for 300m, where we’ll see a big green tank, we’ll go towards it and we’ll find a fountain surrounded by different banks and tables. We would have arrived to our destination.
