Thanks to the type of construction, with passive criteria, of an efficient building that makes the most of the sun. You will enjoy exceptional comfort, with almost no need for air conditioning. In our case of 8 Kw/m2 year
Thanks to the natural construction materials, basically wood from the Pyrenees and machined in the Pyrenees. Recycled wood from the house and old haystacks, to make most of Cal Rossa's furniture.

Thanks to the renewable energies used, basically solar energy capable of supplying the needs of a building with very low energy consumption.
Thanks to the continuous ventilation system, characteristic of this type of construction that allows the air in the rooms to be renewed and filtered every 3 hours, thus creating a completely pure and healthy environment. Thanks to the SPA areas, with private or communal jacuzzis and also a sauna* ... where you can relax and enjoy wonderful views.

Thinking of you, at Cal Rossa we have a SPA area with jacuzzi, shower and dry sauna to relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
